Background
I hold a Master's in Business and have spent over 15 years in the dance industry. I've experienced it from all angles; as a dancer, teacher, and business operator, and now as a Dance Business Strategist working alongside dance business owners.
My Superpower
I see what's beneath the surface. I'm naturally observant, intuitive and curious, and I have a habit of noticing the little things that other people miss.
Outside of Work
You will find me throwing some heavy weights around the gym, spending time with my family and making the most of the little pockets of downtime.
You Will Always Find Me
With about 17 tabs open, a million ideas in my head and probably saying, "Wait... I've just thought of something!" - which my team just "love"...
Emma Atkins
Client Success & Business Development Specialist
"I'm the person making sure our clients feel looked after, supported and connected; while keeping all the moving pieces moving."
Dance Style
Jazz and Musical Theatre are my favourites. I love the energy, performance quality and storytelling that come with both.
Background
I hold a Certificate in Dance Teaching and Management and am currently completing a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management. With over 15 years in the dance industry, I've experienced it from all angles; as a student, teacher, team leader, studio manager and event coordinator.
My Superpower
Turning chaos into organisation! I love creating systems, keeping communication flowing and making sure all the little details behind the scenes get done.
Outside of Work
You will usually find me at the gym, Pilates, dancing or walking with a coffee in hand or planning my next holiday.
Coffee Order
Lactose free latte with honey (it's a mouthful I know).
You Will Always Find Me
With approximately 27 tabs open, a colour-coded to-do list and somehow already thinking three steps ahead.
Charlotte Foard
Client Success & Admin Support Specialist
"I'm the person behind the scenes keeping the details organised, the admin under control and making sure nothing gets missed."
